It's also cost-effective. Base One was built for scaling companies, not corporate budgets, so you get Imperial-backed space and a room full of energy for much less than a central London venue would charge.

You don't need to be a member to book: our spaces are open to external organisations too.

Whether you need meeting room hire in West London for a 12-person investor meeting, a workshop venue for a cohort of 40, or event space for a 100-guest demo day reception, there's a room that fits.

* Hydrogen. Our flagship event space seats up to 80 and splits into two rooms of 40. For receptions it opens into the Cafe and reception, taking 100 to 200 guests. There's a 136-inch LED screen with integrated audio, video and MS Teams, plus onsite IT support.

* Magnesium. A more private space for workshops, training and presentations, seating up to 40 in a teaching or meeting layout, with the same AV and IT support.

* Sodium. Our boardroom seats 12, with lunch served just outside.

* Meeting rooms. Rooms for 2 to 12 people work as breakout spaces, workshop rooms or a quiet green room for speakers to prepare.

* Private garden. Tucked behind the building, the garden takes 150+ guests for socials, parties and BBQs, available for half-day hire.

* Cafe. Our onsite Cafe handles all the catering, from boardroom breakfasts and working lunches to canapé receptions, bowl food and garden BBQs, with halal, vegetarian and vegan options.

How much does it cost to hire an event space at Base One?

How many people can Base One host?

Our large event space seats up to 80, or 100 to 200 for a standing reception. The private garden takes 150+, and our meeting rooms suit groups of 2 to 12, with our training room accomodating 40 people.

Do I need to be a member to book?

No. Our event spaces and meeting rooms are open to external organisations as well as members.
